Lost & Found

If at any time during a visit to the Whitby Mall you discover you have lost or misplaced an item, visit the Administration Office located in the East Tower on the 2'nd floor. If you find an item please drop it off at the Administration Office. If it is after hours you may contact security at 905-718-0609.

The Whitby Mall is committed to making your visit to our Centre a safe and enjoyable one. If Security needs to be contacted please call 905-718-0609. Security coverage is scheduled seven (7) days a week. Vechicle assistance is offered.
