It is the only enclosed mall in Whitby and boasts a strong community service and retail orientation.

This community shopping centre has over 400,000 square feet of shops and services. Conveniently located on the corner of Thickson Road and Dundas Street, 6 kilometers North of the Thickson Road exit from the 401. The mall is a one level retail shopping centre, with two office towers that are equipped with elevators. The East tower has three floors and the West tower has four floors.
